As you may know, there have been significant efforts around the world to create a COVID-19 vaccine that is both effective and safe for use by the public. By participating in our study, you will help researchers understand how people feel about COVID-19 and a potential vaccine. Even if you have already received the COVID-19 vaccine, please consider participating!

Participation: Anyone 18+ years old and residing in the United States 

Method: Anonymous, confidential online survey 

Duration: Approximately 7-12 minutes
